Which positions are part of the TigerCash program?
Positions that provide a reward are branded with the TigerCash program with a sign that shows the amount (in BGN) that each successfully hired candidate will receive.
Candidates that have been contacted by a JobTiger Recruiter are also informed in case a position is part of the program.
Who can participate?
Each candidate (18 years of age and above) that has applied for a JobTiger Recruitment position marked with the TigerCash program or has been contacted by JobTiger Recruiter has the right to participate in the TigerCash program.
What is the process?
The candidates go through a standard recruitment process. Usually the process includes a conversation with a JobTiger Recruiter, followed by the specific required steps set by the employer.
The candidates that pass the interviews successfully will receive a job offer from the employer.
Each candidate hired through JobTiger Recruitment will receive an additional one-time reward of up to 1000 BGN at the end of the probationary period.
1. The reward is paid once and in full amount via bank transfer after the expiration of the candidate’s 6 months probationary period from the date of hire.
2. The candidate shall not be engaged with labor obligations to JobTiger Ltd. in any form.
3. The participation in the TigerCash program does not require payment form the candidate under any form. JobTiger Ltd. services are completely free for every candidate.
